Denise Samoulidis listed our home in Jupiter Farms and sold it extremely quickly. She seemed to know the West Palm Beach area intricately and was extremely knowledgeable about the intricacies of real estate. Our house was a rather complicated sale because we had a first mortgage along with a second mortgage and a personal equity line. Amazingly she helped us not only sell it but also guided us through the complications involved with having the three loans on the house. I have no idea to this day how she was able to get all of the paperwork resolved. Since we were relocating to Georgia we weren't able to have her represent us in buying another home but had I been able to...I would definitely have used her.
